The nose is delicious with hints of licorice, caramel, vanilla, and banana.
Palate – 95/100
This tastes a little less rich than the nose suggests but is delicious nonetheless with hints of oak, leather, and vanilla. It’s very approachable.
Finish – 95/100
The finish is short with hints of pepper and oak.
Value – 94/100
Eagle Rare is a great bottle of bourbon. I highly recommend snagging it if you ever see it. That being said, its MSRP of $30 is a bit more appropriate than its current $50 price point.
